• class reservations:

• Classes are Monday through Friday. There will be no refund for cancellations less than 3 weeks previous to reservation date. There will be no adjustment for late arrival or early departure. There is a $10.00 processing fee for cancellation of each class after application date. Anyone may apply for as many weeks as desired as long as there are no conflicts with other students. Only two weeks per application. Students may take only one class per week. Class sizes are restricted. No night or weekend classes are offered.
  
  Not all classes are offered every week. It is important that you check availability for the class before you apply.

  TOTAL FEE AND BALANCE ARE ESTIMATES. SEND NO PAYMENT UNLESS YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO DO SO. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF YOUR ACTUAL BALANCE UPON ARRIVAL. FEES ARE BASED SOLEY ON THIS APPLICATION AND DO NOT INCLUDE LAB FEES OR ANY OTHER FEES, EXPENSES, OR SURCHARGES.
  
  

  • The number of single rooms is limited so make your reservation early if you require a single.
  • Students may take only one class per week. Class sizes are restricted. No night or weekend classes are offered.
    
  • Some classes require a teacher lab fee.
  • Under 18 must be accompanied by parent or adult. No applications will be accepted online for anyone under 18 without prior consultation.

Students will provide their own insurance coverage and release the school and all personnel from liability. Insurance underwriters prohibit smoking within the buildings. All young people will be the responsibility of their sponsors and are expected to attend classes with adults. Any deviation from the Policies and Guidelines or any other policies, guidelines, or rules enforced by William Holland School of Lapidary Arts will be cause for dismissal without consideration of any refunds.
